Serving Ideas
Once the fries are baked and ready, you can toss them in seasonings. The fries can also be tossed in spices before baking as well. Here is my favorite seasoning blend that goes best with these fries:
- Onion powder
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Ginger powder
- Oregano
- Cayenne pepper
- Cumin
- Nutmeg and cinnamon
Another option is to serve the salted fries with a dipping sauce. Sweet potato fries are great with BBQ sauce, ranch, and guacamole.

Notes
- Feel free to use olive oil or avocado oil instead of coconut oil.
- If you want to keep things simple, when the fries are done, just sprinkle a bit of sea salt and pepper.
- If you want to make them in less time, you can also make these in an air fryer.
- Make sure to fully coat the fries before baking them.
- If the fries are thick, use a fork to check if they are cooked through. You might need to increase the cooking time.
- Baked fries can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat the fries, you can pop them in the oven or air fryer.
