- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 packet of Shake n Bake coating
- Oil or butter for the air fryer
Instructions
- Pre-heat the air fryer to 400F.
- In a small bowl, add egg and water. Mix it thoroughly.
- Moisten the chicken breasts in an egg and water mixture.
- Add Shake n Bake to a bag and put the chicken breast in. Shake it so it coats it evenly. Add one chicken breast at a time.
- Put the breaded chicken on a plate and discard the remaining coating.
- Put the chicken in the air fryer basket, and add a bit of butter or olive oil to each breast.
- Put the basket in place, and lower the temperature to 350F. Cook the chicken for 10 minutes.
- Now, flip the chicken and add olive oil or butter to the other side, and cook again for 5-7 minutes.
- Do not overcook the chicken as it will be hard to chew.
- Allow the chicken to rest for 3-4 minutes and serve hot.
