2 boneless chicken breast halves
10 pieces ham, about 2x½ inch strips
14 small shrimp, deveined
2 tsp minced green onion
2 tsp minced lemongrass
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cornstarch
Cooking oil
Spicy mayo

Instructions

  1. Make five slices of each chicken breast piece.
  2. Flatten the pieces with a mallet.
  3. Add mashed shrimp, onions, lemon grass, salt, and pepper into a blender and make a thick paste.
  4. Now put each ham strip on chicken pieces one by one and add 1tsp of shrimp paste to each, and roll.  
  5. Stick with toothpicks.
  6. Now coat with cornstarch.
  7. Fry in oil until golden brown.
  8. Add spicy mayo to it and serve.
